Age Limit: There's no upper age limit, but workers above 65 entail higher fees for the company.

Categories: Foreign workers are classified based on their educational qualifications:

Category 1: Bachelor's degree holders

Category 2: Holders of post-secondary diplomas

Category 3: High school diploma holders

Required Documents:

When applying for a UAE employment visa, ensure you have these documents ready:

Original passport and its copy

Passport-sized photo meeting UAE specifications

Attested copies of academic qualifications from UAE embassy or consulate and Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Visa Application Process:

Renewal Procedure:

Visas are typically issued for 1-3 years and can be renewed.

Your sponsor must renew your visa within 30 days before its expiry.

Renewal process involves application submission at the GDRFA, similar to the initial visa application.

Grace Period:

Your sponsor can renew your visa even after it expires during the UAE residence visa expiry grace period.
